How to Make Soy Sauce Fried Noodle | Soy Sauce Fried Noodle Recipes - Simple Chinese Foods

Hello everyone, Today I show how to make fried noodles easily and quickly. Fried noodle tastes slightly salty and pleasant-tasting. This recipe is a secret way to make delicious fried noodles.
▶ Ingredients :
500g, Yellow Noodles
4 cloves, Garlic
5 leaves, Scallion
A half, White Onion
1/2 cup, Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp, Sugar
1/4 cup, Water
1 tsp, Sesame Oil
Black Peppers, to taste
Cooking Oil, to frying
▶ Method :
1. Making the sauce. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Blanch the noodles into the boiling water for about 30 seconds.
3. Add the garlic and scallion stem and fry until fragrant.
4. Add the noodles and fry for a few seconds.
5. Pour the sauce over the noodles.
6. Fry for a few minutes or until the sauce is dried.
7. Add the onion and continue to stir fry.
8. Once the sauce is dried, sprinkle the scallion leaves.
9. Add the sesame oil and fry for a few seconds.
