How To Make Spanish Meatballs
1kg beef mince
1 brown onion, finely diced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 egg
2-3 tbsp oil
1 cup red wine
2 cans crushed tomatoes (2*400g)
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 bay leaves
Serve with risoni, rice, salad etc or on its own.
Garnish with parsley

@ 1:10 there is another ingredient added on top of the meat, Parm Cheese or some fine bread crumbs, so you failed in this video, thumbs down, no sub. You also did not describe the parsley, was it Italian or different? Or maybe you do not know there are different styles of the same spices. I stopped at 1:17 because you are making Italian style of meatballs and calling them Spanish is a lie. Spain has not claim to invention of the meatball !! Try using the phrase, "Spanish Style' Hope my comment's help you and grow a thick skin here on the web. Un-sub
