You actually do want it to ferment. For 24 to 48 hours depending on temperature. Very good video. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for sharing this. My mom would have jam and cheese on toasted bread. 💕NonnaGrace 🐓

That looks wonderful but I don’t have an omega juicer. I wonder if a regular meat grinder would work? My grain mill only does dried grains. Thanks for sharing! Blessings 🤗🇨🇦

Yes a meat grinder will work, the dough will be a little more chunky then mine, but it will still work

Thanks. I will try this with my dusty green star juicer. Do we need to use declorinated water to soak and rinse?

I have been longing for such a recipe but I don't know where to get fresh wheat seeds like that in the United States.

I think that Azure standard sells the whole grains & they’re organic. Also BreadBeckers I think sells grains. I’m Canadian but watch a lot of USA KZbin channels.

Place a wanted add out and see if you can locate a local farmer. Also here in Canada most health food stores sell wheat seeds too.

I live in the US. Many health food stores and bulk food stores sell whole grains, including wheat. Some grocery stores carry them, also. In addition, if you live near any Seventh Day Adventist, Mennonite, or Amish communities, their stores will very likely carry whole grains.
