HOW TO MAKE STIR-FRIED FISH BALLS RICE NOODLES
This Stir Fry rice noodles with Fish balls is made in one skillet, super easy and quick to prepare. Using right amount of seasoning, vegetables and fish balls (fish paste) will create a super rich flavor and light fried rice noodles. It’s a perfect dish for your busy days.
Tips:
-To prepare rice noodles properly, blanch the rice noodles in a boiling water, drain and rinse them with cold water or stir in a few drops of vegetable oil , before stir and fry the rice noodles to prevent them to stick together.
-Gently stir and fry the rice noodles, otherwise you will chop the rice noodles into pieces during stir frying or if you don’t mind about the presentation of the rice noodles and want to easier to eat it, then just ignore this tip.
-The weigh of dried rice noodles will be almost double after blanching.

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables
Ingredients:
300 grams oxheart cabbage, cut into julliene
125 grams carrot (wortel), cut into julienne
100 grams champignon mushroom, thinly slice
75 grams leek, cut into julienne
20 grams celery, thinly slice
6 cloves garlic, finely slice,
1 shallot, thinly slice
2 red chillies, finely slice
Step 2: Prepare the rice noodles seasoning
Seasoning mixture ingredients:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp less salt soya sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Other seasoning ingredients:
1/8 tsp sea salt
around 3 grams chicken bouillon
150 ml hot water to dissolve the chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp Chinese cooking wine
Step 3: Stir-fry rice noodles
Ingredients:
vegetables (step 1)
rice noodles seasoning (step 2)
1.5 tbsp olive oil for saute
200 grams fish balls
4 egg whites (leftover egg whites)
150 grams rice noodles
4 tbsp fried onions
