Anytime someone cuts or shapes pasta with the tiniest difference it seems to get a new name. How is this really different than Tagliolini. 🙄

Or the same exact cut and/or shape but do it in a different geographic region from its invention and they’ll simply rename it. Italians are all intellectual property thieves. 😂
