Thanks seoul588! :) For the work-surface - I take away tough stuff like dried dough with a big cleaver-style knife I have, and just disinfect it when it's dirty!

I just made a traditional bread roll dough with milk and butter. It's already rising. Do you think I can just stuff that dough, too?
