I have been cooking for 3 decades and out of curiosity searched to see how others made their beef buns… your video was the first one that popped up. After watching I immediately made these… had no need to watch any other video and let me tell you the bread in this recipe is AMAZING 😭 it reminded me of the way I used to make buns it was PERFECT!!! The amount of everything in the bread was just perfect and the egg wash took it to a whole new level of perfect! SO DELICIOUS *THANK YOU SO MUCH* ❤ P.S I’m making these again today because they were so good and I already had requests at 3 a.m. to make more!!!! Good job 👏🏼 this is a winner!
