How to make Super Fluffy Japanese Pancakes

These are the fluffiest pancakes ever!
In eating pancakes, you can get away with just adding on loads of maple syrup or butter. But I guarantee that texture is king when it comes to making the best pancake. This pancake is soft and fluffy on the inside, like a pillow.
It's actually easy to make once you made 10 in a row.
Just master the heat and stiff peaks and you are golden!

JAPANESE SOUFFLÉ PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (can substitute: 1 tsp Lemon Juice)
- 2 tbsp White Sugar
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
- Maple syrup

10/10, the pancakes...chefs kiss. This is a very good recipe. One thing I did differently was instead of whisking the egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar, I used a hand mixer and saved a lot of time. I love your videos ❤

Surprisingly easy to make. Thought they would be more difficult. The first two were a little dark ‘cause I hadn’t he pan too hot but once I turned the heat down they turned out really well.

The great secret of perfect pancakes is to add some plaster to the dough. It seems to be creepy but it works in amazing way. Pancakes are fluffy, springly and they don't fall apart. The german chef has revealed me this trick.
