Looks delicious. Thanks for the lobster tutorial. I ended up taking instructions from 2 different "how to" videos to make my daughter's birthday dinner on June 1st. The lobsters were 11.67 ounces each and I was worried, but they came out beautifully. Next time I cook some, I can now use your seasonings.
