I like the idea of Barley in the Taboulah; trying it this wk..BUT, WHAT was it u added @ the very end? Tried 3 times! Sounded like "keys" , cheese, or "Peas" (I think that's it.)? Cleaning out cupboard this a.m. before wkly marketing. Got lots Garbanzos for my hummus, a partial bag of pearl barley, Spanish Virg.Olive Oil ( apologies to Italy, Israel,etc.),it's the Best! Throwing in small bag of slivered almonds 'bout to expire ( I tasted, no rancidity ). Cont. Next Post.

...wandering thru hummus recipes ( mine's ok, could be better, ...I found your channel. At "over 50", I'm a damn good cook, loaded w/ my cook bks, & sadly, my Mother's too, I'm.VERY picky 'bout loading on more cooks, but you're a keeper. I like the off the cuff, let's try this,feel. You've got some Excellent Game there! 1 tiny piece of advice; stop saying "nice" before EACH ingredient. Martin Yan,whose books I've bought at retail,drove me NUTS w/ "nice and done". Check it out;you'll laugh.
