But don't worry, this time we have a recipe for those of us who like simplicity without compromising on authentic flavors! This is the most uncomplicated Thai fried rice you will ever prepare!
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped (or better through a garlic press)
1 small onion chopped
250 gr shrimp (scampi)
3 pieces of spring onion cut into 4 cm pieces - keep the white and green parts separate.
2 pieces of eggs
300 g steamed rice cold (preferably after a night in the refrigerator)
5 drops sesame oil optional
Sauce for the fried rice:
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
Extra for serving (optional):
some tomato in wedges
some cucumber in slices
some fresh coriander chopped
