I found you from SAE and this is on my list to make! I love the video! Do you think I could use half and half instead of heavy whipping cream?

Cool, we love SAE! We’re glad you loved the video! 🙂 You can use half and half in place of heavy cream. It may be a little less rich but will still taste decadent and delicious! If you have enough half and half at home, I recommend using it to make the Thai tea infused milk (so skip out on the milk altogether). Please let us know how it turns out!

Can I replace the geletain with agar agar powder? And could I also use black tea and orange food dye instead of Thai tea? Lol sorry for so much questions! Ps small youtuber

We’ve never used agar agar before but have read about it. You can probably replace the gelatin with about 1-1 1/2 tsp of agar agar and it should set the panna cotta. You can absolutely use black tea for this recipe! I’d recommend using 3-5 teabags depending on how strong you’d like the flavor. I would skip the orange food dye though as it doesn’t add flavor. Hope this helps. And if you give it a try with the agar agar, please let us know how it goes! 🙂
