For Parthian, if you want to increase offense, you might consider bring in an elephant. Elephants are wild cards and they do depend on player's skills and experience. But if used well, elephants can change the course of the entire battle and offset Parthian's infantry disadvantage

For land battles, Spam horse archer. You cannot lose. Ether draw or win. Unless enemy spam horse archer

For Parthia on Defense I would actually use 1 or 2 Hoplites to hold ground because I don't want to melt too fast against high tier and for some reason Parthian Swords are not really that good. Hoplites plus Parthian Archers can work really well with each other

Whit Parthia in defence You can go for 4 or 5 Catrafracts and batlle outsisde, i see the last videos of Hamilckar Barça doing that, was great!

Hm, i would bring more Thureos spears or combine them with Hoplites on defense for Syracuse and skip some of the Thorax swords for that.

I go full hoplite with 4 spear that have pilla 2 thorax swordsam 2 pikes 4 skirmish and maybe 1 cav to Sally out our make pressure And is rare that I lose I believe that hoplite are under rated if you are good on manage the skirmish you will win almost every time

1)For Parthia in attack you don't bring Arty. This army is an actual army from the very very very past, like 6 or even 7 years ago , when I played a lot in Multiplayer. There is a reason why you don't bring Arty - you need to have at least 4 good cav units to have a Cav superiority , which is not very hard with cataphracts. If you go with arty and only 3 cav , you may lose a cav battle and your arty will be in trouble. You take out your arty , 1 unit of axemen and take 1 extra good cav unit. Since your swords are not the best, well your only hope will be to use cats for shock strikes. 2)Your Arvernii will get de-de-de-destroyed vs many other builds. Sure you want this good juicy infantry they have , but to give up on Cav? You will die so much by skirmishers. I like your "Core" of 3 oaths and 7 chosen , that's what I used to take in every battle. I would say - take off those 4 archers and get 3 heavy cav . Take out 2 spears and add 2 light cav. Now it will look good. You can go in ham and you dont care about skirmishers flanking you and destroying you in the back. 3)For Parthia in defense dont bring so many swords... You have really nice cheap Parthia hoplites. You bring 5 archers , 5-6 of those hoplites and some fat ass Cats. You dont need an art once again. I like to invest extra money into Horse archers to pick on enemies until they march into you.If they bring arty you can take it out pretty fast. Also you can use them for flank strikes once you are out of ammo. Remaining money you put into cheap spears. With with compo you want to achieve cav superiority , what usually you do with Parthia, and once you have , enemy can just charge you in. So they have to use a big part of the army to defend from your cav. Your hoplites will hold the other half. You Cav archers and foot archers will provide a cross fire that will deal massive damage. This comp requires a lot a LOT of micro , but its a king comp. 4)Arvernii in def...where are your support spears? MEH! Allo? You dont have cav and you dont have spears. How you will hold cav charges? Archers are noice , but the attacker will trade them with his skirmishers and once down you will suffer from cav. If you give up on cav ,okay...but dont bring archers then - take 5 to 6 slingers to deal with enemy skirmishers and cav units. Slings are extremely powerful vs skirmishers and roaming cav
