OMG, this looks EXACTLY like my parents' style of chorizo & potatoes! It was the best & sadly the few times I've tried to replicate it, it came out soggy, like everything was cooked too long or something. Same ingredients too, down to the brand of Chorizo but I never watched them make it, so Chef Steve has given me some new insight! Today, I actually have all the ingredients on hand. I eat chorizo rarely and I was going to use it with some ground turkey but F* that idea cause Chef Steve has shown me the light! I'm doing this one y'all right now. I will report back shortly! haha

That’s crazy.. cause I was just craving my mom’s chorizo and it looked exactly like the thumbnail and she would add pieces of jalapenos. I don’t cook however I just searched this up for my desire to start cooking, I’m glad to have found your comment, motivate me to start cookin starting with this 🤞

@@Cookingwithsteveg Yes thank you for the reminder! It came out AWESOME, just like Mum's! Cooking the items in separate pans and then combining at the end was the trick. I took that knowledge and applied it to taco meat with potatoes and that also came out perfect! New subscriber 🤩! Thank you!!

With leftovers, pan fry the following day, top with eggs. When nearly done, put a little water in the pan to steam the eggs. It also decreases the pan. Enjoy.
