I love a good hash for breakfast. I've used corned beef, smoked brisket, and chorizo. I employ pretty much the same method, but I like to add some diced poblano chiles in with the onions. I also cook two eggs. I like having a leftover baked potato in the fridge to make this a quick cook.

i really like that 👍👍👍 with that chorizo sausages you can do a lot of gooooood things in the kitchen. to give your meal the point on the "i" you can put one or two drops of tabasco in the middle of the yellow from your egg directly after you drop it in the pan for frying it

Oh yes! I looove chorizo ☺ and I will try a few drops of tabasco next time... I dont use it enough, but definately my favourite hot sauce 👍

Awesome, I never added garlic, like that, my favorites are chorizo or pastrami hash. Friends diner shut down, have lot #10 can diced potatoes, they actually are great for hash or homefries. Looks great, the egg is key👊, actually making chorizo hash in about 8 hours, I'm going to add garlic👍, tyvm
