How to Make the Best Chick Fil A Superfood Salad | TIPS AND TRICKS THURSDAYS

Literally the best copycat Chick-Fil-A Superfood Salad! I found this recipe online and haven't stopped eating it since. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Only takes about 15min to prep and easy for those meal prep Sundays.
Ingredient List:
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or No Sugar Syrup
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Lemon
-1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and Pepper

You’re the man this is my go to recipe for making this I just slightly tweak it and use garlic and lemon flavored olive oils

Can olive oil be used in place of avocado oil?

I tasted the dressing before I put it on the salad and it tasted like straight EVOO 🤢 Hopefully overnight in the fridge something magical happens!

@@vwarburton it was a little better the next day but needed more vinegar and lemon. Still tastes like Olive oil but not as bad

I have used Avocado oil and I feel it works a bit better because it doesn't have as strong of a taste as olive oil can have sometimes. Hopefully you find your sweet spot and enjoy some killer homemade Chick Fil A super food salad at home. Thanks again for the comment.

@@vwarburton I'll try that next time! I will say I made a batch of the dressing following your recipe and it ended up lasting long enough for me to make 1 salad a day for a week. Only issues was the solidification of the fat when refrigerated but not much you can do for that. Thanks for the tip!
