Literally the best copycat Chick-Fil-A Superfood Salad! I found this recipe online and haven't stopped eating it since. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Only takes about 15min to prep and easy for those meal prep Sundays.
Ingredient List:
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or No Sugar Syrup
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Lemon
-1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and Pepper
