Your white sauce looks good!! I make a sauce with 2 heaping tbsp mayo, 2 Chipotle chiles and all the adobo sauce, cilantro, 1/4 or less white onion, juice of one lime, salt n pepper. Blend it until smooth. Its really good on battered shrimp too

Ok ok ok these were seriously the best fish tacos and the white sauce is so freakin good. What I loved about this recipe Claudia is that you told us we can use mineral water. I just celebrated four years of sobriety so beer is a big no for me lol. Thank you for sharing all your delicious recipes. ❤️
