I never, ever leave a comment on recipes i've tried. But then your shrimp batter recipe came into my life and girl, let me tell you! This is the best recipe I have tried so far. THE BEST! My parents and I LOVED it! My dad said "Son los camarones mas deliciosos, esquisitos y perfectos que alla probado en mi vida! Y en tacos!" he was hesitant about the tacos because he thought it was a taboo to eat shrimp with tortillas.

I made these for my family today. I’ve been making it a goal to make one dish a week for them so I can learn to cook. They loved them! I added a little bit of Tony’s seasoning and it gave it a great flavor as well. I also made a chipotle lime sauce which was amazing 😊

I made this and it was AHHHHmazing! The batter for the shrimp was super tasty. I made my own pico salsa , squeezed some lemon and had cabbage on it since I didn’t have all the ingredients for everything. My family said it reminded them of being back in Ensenada. Highly recommend making these!!!!

I loved this recipe today, I think what I would do different is we usually soak our red onion in lime and salt until it’s soft (takes a few hour) for topping .. we do add habanero (when we make tacos Durados) but with the chilteptin sauce was super spicy ( and delicious) 😊😍😋
