I definitely use thighs because, as you mentioned, more flavorful. Eggs, Shirmp and Chicken ??? ... wow Protein packed fried rice 🙌🏾🔥

The Life of Nicx yup I got my sunflower oil while I was in Australia. Chicken breast is great though b/c it's more lean but it's just not as juicy. Happy cooking 🔪🍳🍚

Flavory Food certainly! Shrimp can be substituted with any other protein source. Perhaps beef if that's your preference 🙂

Does sunflower oil have a certain taste ? And can it retain high heat like olive oil?

Its pretty much tasteless. That's why i prefer to fry with it as opposed to olive oil which can sometimes throw off the flavour of certain dishes. They both have a high smoke point so it will get the job done.

Thanks so much! I’ll definitely try this because I’m so reluctant to trying new oils. I don’t use coconut oil because it can affect the taste and plus it doesn’t retain high heat. Thanks again!!!!!
