OMG !!!! I made these for dinner tonight and invited a good friend of mine over for dinner. He almost fell off his chair when he took a bite of one of these shrimp tacos !!! He was in Heaven ! He ate four of these shrimp tacos and he said that this is one of the most delicious Mexican Shrimp dinners he's ever had in his life !!! I must say they did come out amazing and very flavourful !!! Thank you so much Claudia for this spectacular recipe !!! Honestly, these were better than the shrimp tacos at one of the best Mexican Restaurants here in Las Vegas !!! My friend is a waiter at this particular resteraunt, and he even agreed that my shrimp tacos were better !!!;I must mention that I also made your homemade corn tortillas for these shrimp tacos !!! This really took this dish to the top !!! There's nothing like homemade corn tortillas !!! Thank you so much Claudia !!! You and your recipie's' are bomb !!!

I made these for my sons birthday, together with asada tacos and everyone preferred the tacos governador!!! They were a total hit!!! I replaced the Chile Serrano for jalapeño, but next time I am definitely using Serrano, with everything going on with these and the cheese, the serranos would of definitely given a kick to these. Thank you Claudia for sharing your skills. My family was excited to try new foods and every time I make something you make, I know I am not taking a risk :)

She's the very best at this! I've learned so, so much from her. During the pandemic I wanted to up my cooking game and she was my personal instructor.
