I liked your no nonsense approach to jerk / grilling chicken parts on a pellet grill. Just what I was looking for! I have a family pack of drumsticks and another of thighs. I'm going to try out your approach. I'll use the garden thyme I grew - and will see what I can do about a dry rub. I have some mild jerk wet 'stuff' and will use that. I'm looking forward to excellent results.
