VWG is the main staple in my house. Tip: use one teaspoon of agar agar powder for every one cup of VWG. It takes away that rubbery texture and meat like treads. I order the agar agar powder online from Walmart.

You're welcome. The only thing I ask is that you list all ingredients. I had to make another trip to the store after watching the video for instructions as I prepared and hearing you mention a couple more (Browning, Coconut oil). Also the measurents of some ingredients were missing, such as the amount of beans. However, I have to say it was very good. It taste even better the next day. As I said before I look forward to more dishes. Based on this, I think there are going to be a lot more I will enjoy. I think even non-vegans would like this.

I live in NJ. I found it in Shoprite Supermarket. Had to look high and low, because it wasn't in the health food section like I was first told. However, I didn't give up, checked with customer service and their computer said there were 86 in the store; so, the rep looked with me and found it. FYI the words bean flour was very small on the bottom of the bag.

In Atlanta I saw this at Nam Dae Moon grocery store on Memorial Drive. They have other Nam Dae Moon but I don't know if they have all the bean flours there. I never saw so many different types of flour even from the Farmers Market

I am going to try your recipe. My family loves meat, but I am trying to cut down and eventually stop eating meat all together. So my family is eating meatless meals a couple of times a week. I am going to add this to my favorites to give it a try.
