Finding something you love is so important and the hardest thing to find. Love will make you practice and put the energy and hours into succeeding. Love eliminates fear and love is work and effort is rewarded. Practice makes perfect. That is good she could be alone because you learn to love yourself when you are alone.Good luck to all those who make a consistent effort.

This incredible podcast has made me feel empowered to learn the proper breathing technique for swimming. The breathing part has always made me get tired too fast, because I've never learned to relax into it, so I'm going to take lessons to learn to relax, so I can actually enjoy this sport....and after that...well...who knows?! Also plan to use the visualization to imagine myself already where I want to be! 😎☺️ Thank you so much Tony, for your willingness to take the time to make this happen! We ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ you!!!

WOW! The introduction to this podcast seems very sleazy like a used car salesman or Herbalife.
