Today I want to share with a very simply way of making shito. its actually the same way but a reverse of the process. instead of blending and frying the fresh ingredients in oil, you fry the fresh ingredients first and then fry it, cutting down your cooking time considerably.
Please Note the ingredients can be halved or doubled. The chillies, garlic, ginger can be adjusted to your preference. 🙏🏾

**Ingredients**
10 medium Onions
10-15 pieces Dry Chillies
2 bulbs Garlic
4-5 cups sliced Ginger
4-5 cups Shrimps
1 twig fresh rosemary
1/2 cup Tomato puree/paste
1 cup Sichuan Chilli Flakes
1/2 cup fish powder
1 litre Oil
**Dry Spices**
8-10Calabash Nutmeg - wedeaba
1 tbsp Cloves - pepr3
1 tbsp Black paper corns
1 tbsp Aniseed - nkitinkiti
1/2 tbsp Ashanti Pepper - esuro wisa
1/2 tbsp Grains of paradise - efom wisa
3-5 Star Anise- Star
