Madam this shito thing its always better after chopping your onions fry them in oil and also the ginger to give it the smell ora good scent. For shito you only need smoked harings (adgiador)smoked lobsters or shrimps, chopped ginger aa well as onions, dried peppers both the bigger ones and the small ones and cubes Maggie preferable to your taste and salt. You could add stemmed meat and fry till it becomes a bit half and half dried. Chop half of it in small pieces and the rest grind them in a blender. You start with the oil that the meat was fried in, the chopped ginger and onions. Before everything has been fried and grind in the blender put them in separate bowls. Your oil on fire start adding your grind pepper and then grounded ginger and later onions harings or adjiador, mokor and add tomato paste and keep on stirring and keep adding some oil till it gets ready, cooled and bottling them with more oil on surface. Thanks a lot and have a good and different experience of it all.
