I will never get tired of watching your videos. I feel like you articulate exactly all the thoughts I have inside me since I can remember. I used to be an introvert in my childhood but I've always had "someone" guiding me (my own intuition, I think) and it was like you but in a messy or abstract way.. that's why I admire your hability to express all those concepts so accurately ✨ Fortunately, I could learn to express better thanks to dramatic art 🎭 and all the books about spirituality and philosophy that I've read, which helped me not to feel so alone.. I live my life with purpose and it has been very tough but, as you say and I completely agree: happiness doesn't exist without the pain. No matter in what shit situation I am, I always take it as a bridge to something better.. and it's magical 🪄 The cosmos force help us when we have faith and truly believe in ourselves ❤ This has turned too long, and I usually don't comment on videos but, man, I felt to do so here ❤️🔥 Btw, if you want to deliver your knowledge in Spanish, I'd be glad to collaborate ✨ My best wishes for you, from Argentina!

And then you're confronted with the fact that your "radical shift" has caused stress in your relationship. Radical shifts may be better executed when single. Once another person is involved, there's more to consider. They may not always support your shift or transition to something new. Or, they may initially support it, but when when the rubber hits the road and you encounter adversity while on your new path, they can become stressed, insecure, and reactive, and perhaps you'll even lose that relationship (which may or may not be a good thing, but something you've got to contend with nevertheless). Radical shifts have consequences - are you ready for the downside that will inevitably come from taking the risk? Is it worth it? Are you ready to lose something to potentially gain something else? There are no guarantees your plan will succeed and are you prepared for the consequences should you not succeed? Can you handle failure?

If they aren't in the top 1%, then they probably don't have a mind that got even results in their generation. So you're listening to them tell you something that they think will bring success in their generation, not ours." This hits so hard because this is one of my biggest blockages. Having parents that didnt achieve anything in life tell you how to be successful is pretty ironic.

I was raised Orthodox Christian (I am from Eastern Europe) and from a very young age I was introduced to the idea of hell. My father, being a priest used to tell me stories about saints, heaven, hell, and anything related to religion. I remember one time during winter when I was in the living room with my sister, we were young, I was around 5 years old, my father stood at the computer doing his business when all of a sudden he told us to look outside and observe the coldness of winter. He told us: “Kids, do you want to suffer in the cold or do you want to stay warm inside the house?” I answered that I want to stay here in the warmth of our house and he responded that If I want to do that I should obey God, go to church and pray because if I don’t do that God will be angry and I will go to hell and suffer cold forever. This is one of thousands stories my father used to tell me about religion, most of them being about hell. Some stories had so much impact on my subconscious mind that I used to imagine myself and other people suffering forever, being burned or being tortured for eternity because we didn’t please God and I used to do that regularly. I used to read the New Testament and books written by the church fathers to get to know God’s intentions better, I also watched tons of videos made by Christians youtubers and with my own judgement I concluded that I should not enjoy life because passages like 1 John 2:16 said so “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.”. So I concluded that life is just a passing event that I should not enjoy and go through it pleasing God. Whenever I encountered an emotion of happiness I used to throw it away because I felt I was enjoying life and went against God’s will. Slowly I built a character that became unmoved by the world. Even my close friends told me that my face is not changing no matter the news I receive. I literally developed a tough as steal gaze without my intentions. When I was 20 years old I began reading many books about history, biology, evolution and I also watched countless debates between Christians and Atheists/Agnostics. I used to hate the idea of people messing with my religion and detest that some people clam that this world went against the teachings of the Holy Scriptures. I am now 21 years old. I left Christianity when I was in my late 20s and took me some months to defeat the idea of fear of hell but I struggle to enjoy the world and to work hard for my dreams (something I never had). I wrote this story to see if someone has the same difficulties as I have and if possible to receive some help from them if they managed to get overcome it.
@TechThroughHistory29 күн бұрын
The entire book of John & the Gospels in general preach of the teachings of Jesus which fundamentally boils down to one thing: to love one another in spite of their differences. God doesn't imply you should be a slave to Him. He wants you to glorify Him in what you do in your life. He didn't say you spend every waking second on me, and no one else. He wants you to love Him first, however he wants you to live a fulfilled life as well. Your father was completely wrong and the Catholics version of Hell is based off of Hades. The closest thing in Scripture would be Purgatory. Living in Hell is to be completely separated from God and not surrendering yourself to a Higher Self.
@maryclaire34029 күн бұрын
I am an Orthodox Christian from Eastern Europe, just like you. While I didn't go through the brainwashing process that you have gone through, I would like to suggest to you that you should not go to the other extreme of abandoning your faith. Life without faith in God is meaningless. Rather, I suggest you do some reading in the direction of different interpretations of the Bible. I found comfort in following the new age thought, where the Bible is interpreted as a psychological instruction manual to make us live a better life, and it is not to be taken literally. Look into the works of Neville Goddard and Joseph Murphy. This is the path I personally took, and it served me well. Also, I have been living abroad for over 20 years now, in a very mixed society, and I noticed that as I am getting older, I am steering more and more back towards my roots. The religion you belong to is also closely linked to your culture and your values. Don't lose that, it is important that you remain anchored in your culture. I hope this helps, best of luck on your journey.

One thing I’d like you to do is spending time knowing God for yourself, not based on what anybody tells you about Him. Religion is personal and experiential. May God grant you the wisdom and understanding. Amen
@AdebosinZainab27 күн бұрын
I can totally relate. One of the things that have helped me out is shutting out every other person's opinion, my pastor, my church, every other Christian's opinion. This means that even though I've not read the entire Bible to the end,I'm only working with the parts i have read. It means that little by little in my own way I'm learning about God on my own. The one constant thing they all say he's a God of love, but their view of love is under a twisted view and that's no one fault. The one thing you could do for yourself is to actually go through the Bible on your own. Figure out who God is for you. Our relationship with God varies on how much of him we see. Find God in a way that works for you, regardless of what anyone else thinks. And then you'll realize that the common thing between every one in the Bible is that they found a part of God that was useful for their situation and stood by it. I understand that it may take awhile. You don't have to do it now. It could be next year, fuck it in the next five years but pick that book up just to know about the God that talk so much about. Don't allow one person's experience with something ruin yours. You could be better, you could see better, you could find better, you could do better. But none of this will happen until you try.

It’s like David Goggins says, you will seldom hear from a critic or a ‘hater’ who is doing ‘better’ than you are doing. Truth bomb. Oh, and BTW, the ‘truth’ or more to the point, YOUR unique personal truth is not anchored in fact or reality. Rather, it is merely an abstract subjective construct created & developed by your ego in order to make sense out of your life. IOW - it is a subjective coping mechanism or if you prefer, skill that you designed. Doesn’t make it bad or wrong, it just calls out the FACT that it is open to interpretation, and more importantly, subject to both change AND scrutiny. It can and will also improve, shift and evolve to accommodate your beliefs, hopes, dreams goals, etc. At the end of the day, if and when a person is truly interested in becoming ‘happier’ or more successful…. or simply achieving a distinct perceived goal or dream, it takes action. Perhaps the best way to put it is as follows one cannot think their way into right action, however, you can and often will act your way into right thinking. Progress, achievement and success will always require/entail ACTION. Take action, and watch your life expand, shift and evolve. XOXO

"I am not trying to make you feel bad, you're making yourself feel bad because how you're perceiving what I'm saying." Damn I have never won that argument with any girlfriend I've ever had haha. And strangely telling them they just have a limited mindset absolutely does *not* help 😂😂

I never ever felt "decay" during vacations. That's why I want to build my own business to be on holiday as much as possible. Yes that's something strange... I can feel extree deadly boredom when I am active. And I am never bored when I have nothing to do. (actually in that case, it's not really nothing, because when I am free I can finally just listen to the life, just feel the life, just be with a friend). + when I am in holiday I naturally spend my time in a exploring mode. I don't say at all that you are wrong, you are right about holidays, but we are all different and we follow you exactly for this reason : to build a life that fits. That's why I wrote here my experience, in case this double feeling about holidays could help someone to find his own purpose.

Sometimes I have back-off from too much action. I get a strange notion that when I immerse myself too much in intense action, I kind of "lose myself" and is then neglecting to reflect, learn, build better practice etc..

I feel like I've gone through a complete memory wipe after being inside a mental institution. Perhaps it's the antidepressants. This gave me some perspective thanks g

I literally just got back from a walk and ponder session at a creek, where I reached this point of pure sparking teenage fury because of how sick I am of where I am in life. I am now in my 40s, but each time my life hits a Phoenix burning point of no return and a new ME, I revert to feeling like I did the first time this happened at 17. Anyone else find themselves listening to the music that lights that fire within ---for me that's Rage, NIN, Prodigy, TOOL and a few brassy babes from the 90s?! No thanks to decaying into my second half of this lifetime!!! Use that fire to forge a new self.🔥 Thank you for the timely video and a bit of clarity to move forward ASAP!

I don't use music for it. For me it is typically when I inspect life and look it in the eye that I get these experiences of complete disgust.

Interesting philosophy, similar to Tyler Darden of Fight Club in what is valuable and Master Shi Heng Yi in “Isolation is the Gateway to Sucess”.

"Get mad at where you are." No. Don't. Just don't. For heaven's sake just don't listen to that. You don't need it to self-reflect, adjust, assess, learn, and grow. Don't waste a single moment of this life CHOOSING to stay unhappy. You will die unhappy. And with a deadpan face that never knew how to smile.

Everytime the THOUGHT even arises about a behavior that’s not taking me where I want to go, I immediately say to myself “Do you want to die average loser that you don’t respect , and nobody remember your name?” So easy to stay on the path if you keep that at the forefront of your mind.

Hey, Dan I am 25 years old and I left my job 2 years ago. I am broke but trying to build my business learning how to develop software and AI as my business idea based on these. I don't know where I am going and whether I will be successful but I have left the thought of some future reward and focusing on what I can. I don't know if these ideas actually work but let's see.
