Edyta is the kind of teacher who makes me feel like I could achieve anything. Her instructions are always so clear and I love watching, and listening to her explain the process.

Really good instructions, but I think I'm just going to enjoy hand piecing this. :)

This is the scariest looking piecing I've ever seen! I initially thought it had to be either applique or paper-pieced. Edyta is a master artisan!

It is easier to match the fabric raw edges around the curved pieces if you use wash-away glue stick on the bottom fabric edge and then there are no pins to get in the way when you sew. Sew slowly, needle down, stop and pivot repeatedly so that the raw edge is exactly 1/4" away from the needle (not the foot).

There is a mistake in the book with letters C and D, (background fabric) they need to be switched around. If I could upload a pick I would show you.
