I seriously didn't think the fabrics would work. "Way too busy." "Too much contrast." My brain was saying "no" to so many fabrics, but here, once again, you brought that design to life! Amazing. And the fabric choice on the reverse is fabulous! I love that you talk about thread choices and quilt patterns, as well. I'd love to see you walk us through working with that monster of a long arm machine sometime. It fascinates me. Thanks, Donna! You're a rock star teacher in my book!

Good morning Donna and all the Jordan "family", When you showed the fabric, i it truly wasn't for me and it just seemed cluttered, but once made up into the blossoms on the trellis, it did so look like blossom with all it's shading. Just a thought and i know you were making it to match the pattern but, if you turned them back and forward to make up X's would it look like real trellis as i imagine. It's amazing how fabric made up into a design can change from being not your cup of tea into being quite nice. Thank you Donna for your amazing talent and talented hands beavering away again for us, it really shows how to open up our minds to other fabric that we might not think about. Crafty hugs from Norah, Glenochil, Scotland

Love the look of this quilt and the fabrics you selected to enhance it. In this tutorial I was thrilled to hear you naming the fabrics manufacturer and pattern. Just wish you had a list at the end of the video so I could order the fabrics I like. I have no creative side and have trouble putting fabrics and designs together. You have an amazing eye to see what is possible in a fabric as it applies to the pattern. I love listening to your tutorials. I saw one comment mentioning how soothing the cutting is. I find when I can not sleep I put another of your tutorial on and the sound of the cutting, sewing and especially the steam hissing from your iron makes me relax and throw away the tension of the day. Thanks for an amazing tutorial.
