Just made these: The texture turned out great, they're really soft and fluffy. It does definitely matter what kind of cocoa powder you use, in my case they were not quite chocolatey enough, but that's something I can work on. I added chocolate chips which made it even better. The frosting is nice, and I put some fresh raspberrys on top, this was great because it balanced out the chocolate very well. This is the best recipe I've tried so far :)

Muhammad Munir it’s available in grocery stores, but as a substitute I used 3/4 cup of whole milk + 1 tablespoon of vinegar let it sit for 2-3 minutes it worked just fine .. cupcakes were very moist 👍🏼

Thank you for the great recipe! Modified recipe as follows: 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 cup fine oat flour 1/2 cup white flour 3/4 cup cocoa 1 cup Monk Fruit granulated sweetener 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup A2 yogurt, 2% unflavored 2 eggs 3/4 cup warm water 1/4 cup vegetable oil Mix and bake as directed in original recipe. In a jumbo six muffin pan line with extra large parchment cup liners. Fill batter in each tin 3/4 full. In each tin, stir in 1 teaspoon chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 ° F until done. Excellent! Texture is very light, moist and cake like. Serve with raspberries.
