How to make the most delicious cherry almond cake

Undoubtedly one of my favorites, this cake apart from being very easy is delicious, we don't need a blender, it is made by hand and some good cherries are the perfect combination for this soft, moist and fluffy dough of our cake. I hope you like it as much as I do!!!

INGREDIENTS:
90 grams melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
½ cup milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt with or without sugar
1¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1½ cups pitted cherries
¼ cup almond flakes
