Pro tip, put 2 tablespoons of water in your catch tray before you start (instead of wasting foil). It will prevent the grease from smoking.

Perfect bacon. I usually can't wait long enough to get it to that stage. I either cook it at too high a temperature and wind up burning it or I pull it off early and miss out on that great crispiness. That's a great tip on using the aluminum foil too for easy cleanup. LOL, love your presentation, and not just because its about bacon. On the Keto diet, and just diagnosed with Type-2 diabetes, so the Keto is working fantastic at keeping my blood sugar low and steady and practically near my high-school weight. Eating 1/2# bacon every morning along with 4 large eggs gets me ~700 calories, with almost no carbs. Been working the oven bacon, just tried the bacon/water (which takes too long), and am now rethinking returning the Aldi's air fryer I got a while back because of your video. Will try it tomorrow, and hopefully I won't have to pre-make 2# oven bacon every couple of days, just pop in 8 slices and cook the eggs and everything should be ready in ~10 minutes. Subbing on the strength of your bacon video alone!

If you are making a BLT, cut the strips in half. They fit perfectly on the bread.
