Choose your preferred protein (ground pork, beef, chicken, turkey all work really well) and combine it with a medley of fresh vegetables over stir fry. This dish is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. It’s a symphony of flavors and textures, with the savory ground pork stir fry contrasting beautifully with the richness of the runny egg yolk.
Ingredients:
Ground pork (can substitute with any ground meat)
Garlic
Chili pepper
Rice wine
Dark soy sauce
Soy sauce
Rock sugar (can substitute with any sugar or honey)
Black pepper
Celery
Red bell pepper
Green onions
Eggs
Serve over a bed of fluffy rice.
