How to make the Perfect Homemade Ice Cream Sandwich

Ice Cream Sandwich
It is made of two biscuits, cookies or wafers with ice cream filling in between. It can be found in grocery stores or you can make it at home. You can use graham crackers or any sweet biscuits. Whip chilled heavy cream or all purpose cream and then add flavors like strawberry, chocolate, coffee or cookies & cream. You can also coat it with melted chocolate to make it more special.
Ingredients:
1000ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
600ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
420g graham crackers
Flavors:
1 cup sweet mangoes
1 cup oreo
1 cup combination(cocoa powder, peanuts, chocolate)
Magic shell:
500g chocolate,chopped
15-20 tbsp vegetable oil
