Popeyes Flounder fish Sandwich
1 brioche bun
1 fillet of flounder trimmed to size
2 Tbs Tartar Sauce
3 Pickles (homemade)
Fish
1 cup flour
1/4 cup corn starch
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
black papper
salt
oil for frying
Tartar Sauce
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp horseradish
juice of half a lemon
pinch of cayenne
Pickles
1 above average sized cucumber
1 bay leaf
1 tsp corriander
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tbs sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
