Thank you SO much for this video. I cut my Stevie top,out a few months ago and had trouble with the pattern (to the extent that I put it away ). Several months later I worked that little issue out (talk about beginner nuff nuff here), I found this video and it made all the difference and helped me get the top sewn up. Instructions were clear, easy to follow and I do love that rewind button!

That is lovely. I've never liked the picture on the pattern but it is so much nicer in a fluid fabric. Might rethink this one 🙂

Brilliant tutorial. I have just made this in a Bet Lynch type pink cheetah spot pattern. It looks fab and was so easy. An enjoyable afternoon’s work.

Love your videos, I’ve had this pattern in my stash for a while now. It’s such a great one for a beginner or for a more advanced sewer on a rainy afternoon 😊

Great tutorial as always! I am a beginner and have made the Stevie dress, I did struggle with the overlocking around the curve in the armhole, didnt quite catch the overlocking in. Other wise it was ok for a first attempt. I will make another Stevie, and use your techniques. Thank you!

I've made one, but messed it up badly. I cut the wrong line on the neckline, so facing didn't match. So I cut the facing to same shape as the neckline ...big mistake. And now I'll have to trace a new neckline to stick to the pattern for my next one. Luckily I'd used an old piece of fabric from my stash.....
