In what way do you mean re size the Bracelet!? Cos he says in the video that 1 inch equals 1 foot of cord, but depending on how tight or loose you do the Knots will depend on what cord you have left to cut off... Off cuts you can use to make Zipper pulls... I hope that helps you in some way or another... Happy Paracording...
