In the next FAW update you'll be able to edit the config in-game too If we can hit 10 likes on this comment I'll write some evil mixin code to make the config option affect all 3 mods so you don't have to enable it for all of them separately

​@@VuNam_MCVN Optifine messes with vanilla code and its code isn't public so it breaks a lot of mods and it's difficult to work around. There are better alternatives for both performance and shaders anyway so it's fine

If I knew how to model and program for minecraft I'd make an adon mod I call Cross-contamination which would do this without needing to raid the configs and it would add new cross-contaminated mobs and blocks for every possible combination of two infections. There'd only be one mob though for each combined infection.

Yeah we want to add hybrid mobs to the mods already, they're just meant to be allies by default which is why you need to mess with the configs to make them hate eachother By default I think the hybrids will just be created if multiple infections try to infect a mob at the same time

IF THEY ARE STILL PASSIVE TOWARDS EACHOTHER, Make sure you have saved the changes to your folder, this can be done by closing the tab and clicking 'Save' on the popup when it says are you sure you want to delete this tab

I think that now that mutation craft and the flesh that hates are in 1.20.1 they can fight other infection mods

I feel like that would be more inconvenient since you'd have to do it for every world and modpack developers would have to use another mod to set them automatically instead of just using the config If you don't like how it is because you have to mess with files, the next update for From Another World will make it a menu in-game so that should help
