Thank you so much for this. I ended up doing it all, but we had 7 separate lines of development with individual sub workstrands for each, so i had 7 different colours to highlight each group. It took me a bit to work out how to amend the formulas to do it, but i got there. My Boss loved it, and it is proving to be a fabulous project management tool. I can't thank you enough.. .

If you're trying to make the Years match the quarters in regards to Fiscal Year / Fiscal Quarter use this formula: =EDATE(L4, 3) in the "year" block. the K-H2 merged cell

Great tutorial - Only issue, is my diamond milestone markers / diamonds appear 1 cell before the end of the "timeframe" (So if my End date is March 30, 2025; My diamonds appear on the February Cell.... )

HELP please :) - The formula for conditional formatting. 21:22 mins into the lesson is given as =AND( $I6 > 0, K$4 < = (( $E6 - DAY ($E6)+1)+($F6 - ($E6 - DAY ($E6)+1)) * $I6),K$4>=$E6 - DAY($E6)+1) I have verified it is exactly as he has and even my sheet column/rows are the same but is giving error. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Anyone? 🙏 Please and Thank you!!

Are you having issues with the "=" signs? Remove the spaces between when typing

The same thing happened to me, try putting the formula on a cell and make sure the color ligth up first (correct formula), then copy it and paste it on the conditional formatting. Worked for me.
