About three months ago I stumbled across Robin's principals. These have literally changed my life. I still struggle, part of being human. But the first step is deciding to making the change and making SMALL changes every day. I am now almost 90 days in the 5 am club (really 4:30 lol) and I have incorporated exercise everyday, I have incorporated reading as well. Small steps. Is it EXACTLY according to principals...,NO, yet it is close and I have MADE THE CHANGES. Next goal is to incorporate the journal along with these new principals from this webcast. I am also taking advantage of the membership to my absolute best year yet. I am READY Robin. I KNOW IT WON'T be easy. IT WILL BE WORTH IT.
