I was a wreck my whole life. I been on every medication there is. God completely freed me and healed me. I suffered extreme anxiety, Schizoeffective and personality disorders. I was in active addiction also for over half my life. I also lost my son to pneumonia which almost killed me. There's so much more but i feel like He's still working on my testimony it's so hard to put it all in words. Just know Jesus makes all things new. I AM A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST. PRAISE GOD. He restored my marriage and my family. He cleansed me and blessed me. I was not worthy but he loved me enough.. He will renew your mind too. Just wait on Him with gratitude and faith never giving up. When he starts a work he finishes it. His word never comes back void. Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Omg that’s me. But what I do is the moment an intrusive thought pops up I immediately think about how good God is. I praise him and give him thanks and I picture him in my mind with open arms towards me. I think about his love towards me.
