Since I've received a few requests for my Tibetan bread recipe, I decided to share it with you! For this type of bread you don't need an oven. It's easy to make and tastes delicious. It's an excellent complement to many Tibetan food recipes. In Tibetan also known as phaley/bhaley/bhale/phalep.
Ingredients:
500g flour
7g dry yeast
5g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
320ml of lukewarm water
