All the chapattis are in the same size, thickness and color. Perfectly done! I prefer chapattis made with wheat flour. Never had any Tibetan food before but I want to try out your other recipes. Thanks :)

I ate Ladakhi Roti in Hundar, Ladakh. It's delicious, fluffy and soft. They served it with butter and jam. I miss staying in Hundar.
