One thing that I been doing that I love now is after I’m done lifting weights and doing cardio, when I sit in the sauna instead of watching Netflix or Hulu I bring my bible and read. Man when I tell you my mind be so clutter free because you already in the heat but I’m just in his presence as I’m sweating my skin off 😭and also I pray and invite him before I record and make music and I invite him to the studio with me so he can fill me up and the atmosphere that I’m in!

One of my favorite ways to include God in my day since I drive and run errands a lot is praise and worship in my car. I loveeee music and singing to our Father🥹

Matt 11:28-30 Pray that we desire the Lord above all bc believing we need the things of the world before Christ will bring exhaustion. Pray always, be transformed through a renewed mind. The easiest way I found is by intentionally choosing time with Christ and constantly chewing on scripture through out the day, wondering what He meant, what He's revealing about Himself or even what He's calling me to do.

What’s taking up most of my time is playing my game after coming from work. I do wake up and pray and spend like 20 to 30 minutes talking to him but that doesn’t feel like I’m doing enough and usually before I go to sleep I turn my tv and watch it before I’m ready to sleep but I get caught on my phone scrolling for hours thinking I could use that time for the Lord then I get frustrated right after that knowing it’s not what I should do but I’m planning on making that adjustment to spend time with the Lord

hiiiii! super good question lol time blocking and being intentional has been the best solution for me. i had to make the choice to wake up earlier before work/school to spend at least an hour with God. and then intentionally create space for God during my days. like i am talking praying to God or worshipping on my knees in the break room just to refill my spirit and spend time with Him. I would just suggest that you be honest about things you might be able to cut out so that you can truly chase and seek God. you can also incorporate God in your passions!! like this was birthed from a passion I surrendered to God, and it has drawn me so much closer to Him in the process 🥰
