Just looked the vitamin b thing up and it's a key componant.it is essential for tissue metabolism to develop critical tissues during the rooting process.so for me,5 ingredients. For this video,this individual lacked any anti microbial componants,which I'd look into.sterilization alone may work,but added chances of success are never bad
