How to Make Tissue Paper Flowers for Day of the Dead

In this video, we are making cempasuchil, or marigold, flowers for Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead.
All you need is orange or yellow tissue paper, scissors, and a pipe cleaner or string.
