I take firm tifu and dip it in some vegan mayo, ranch, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, fresh garlic and then into the italian bread crumbs with almonds and more nutritional yeast then bake it for 45 mints in 375. Turns out fantastic! Serve with broccoli and potatoes

And for those not wanting to do it fully in the oven and want to give it a bit of a fry, you can take put the plain tofu in the oven for like 10 minutes at idk like 150-200 whatever. Essentially until it's dry and becoming firm in a dry state. Throw it in a pan at medium heat with some oil, throw whatever ingredients you want into the pan and it maintains firmness from the oven and absorbs the ingredients like a sponge. Mad ting, took me some trial and error but this is peng,

I am 70 years old and just recently came to a Whole-Food Plant diet and am loving it. I subscribed and use your recipes--Good stuff. Have seen Game Changers--excellent. Another outstanding video is "What The Health". REALLY opens the eyes, not only about veg eating, but also about the meat industry, the abuse of animals and how eating meat and meat products destroys your health. What is really sad is that the medical community doesn't attempt to stop it. Doctors don't want to make you healthy--they want you sick because office visits, scripts and surgeries are what keep them in their fancy homes and cars. SAD

I love the Game Changers movie because it really inspires people. I waited 2 years for that docunentary to finally come out! I am so happy to hear about James and Suzy Cameron's other plans (pea protein, etc). If I had seen that documentary when I was younger I would have gone vegan a lot sooner. I had no idea that I could be really healthy without animal products, nevermind healthier. I love your videos! Your recipes are my favourite and I will definitely buy your book. If you put the tofu on a towel and weigh it down with something heavy for 20 mins it squishes all the water out. You can do that while chopping up your veggies. It's better than hand squeezing.

Fooking hell that looks delicious. I also experiment quite a bit with tofu. I knocked up a brilliant vegetable mix with tofu using Indian spices and paired it with Chapatis (flatbread). So it essentially had complex carbs from the whole wheat Chapatis and proteins from the tofu. Good fats from Olive oil and finally, micronutrients and fiber from the veggies. To enrich it, one can also add cashew cream (blitz some cashews with water). If you have coriander, use it to garnish the dish. It just uplifts the whole ensemble. Cheers and Guten Appetit!
