I’ve never been near a farm or the countryside long enough to hear the sounds emanating from them….I was surprised at how vocal the locals are! The rolling hills are so pretty. How incredible to be outdoors filming the cooking of a warm and hearty meal. Beautifully done, Gaz and Tom.

Oh you know it’s good, especially at the end when you tried it with the naan and had the sounds and head movement to go with it. I know those movements and sounds and that means it was delicious 😊. I love the environment too, it’s just so serene not chaotic at all, really peaceful. Also you can save all your wood ash and use it to make lye for soap bars. With your pumpkin seeds you can also save those and toast them to make pepitas.

I can't believe you actually got me to google "welsh liquid ice" lol... had a good giggle when I realized. I thought I was gonna miss the talking but this was a nice change, I have trouble focusing on cooking videos usually and this made it much easier.
