Soak 1 1/2 cups of black eye peas overnight and boil peas next day until soft
Soak 1 cup channa/chickpeas overnight boil channa next day until soft
1 1/2 lbs of lamb washed and seasoned with 2 tsp green seasoning (garlic, pepper, green onions thyme)
In a pot with 1/2 tsp oil add lamb and cook until natural water is evaporated
Add more water add pressure for 20-25 minutes
Chop 3 small onions
Chop 7 green onions
Chop 4 mari wirrie peppers
Chop 2 thick leaf thyme
2 1/2lbs of chicken washed and seasoned with 2 tbsp green seasoning
In a pot with 1/2 tsp oil
Add chicken and cook until natural water is evaporated
Add 2 grated garlic and 1 tsp Chinese sauce
Washed and add 3 cups of rice to the chicken
Let it cook for a little
Add 1/2 of the chopped onions
Add 1/2 of the chopped green onions
Add 1/2 of the chopped peppers

Add 1 tsp black pepper
Add 1 tbsp cook up seasoning
Add 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
Add chickpeas and the water it was cooked in
Add black eye peas
Add 1 1/2 freshly squeezed coconut milk
Add 2 cups of water
Let it cook for 10 minutes
Add 2 head of chopped pok choy
Add the rest of chopped seasoning
Add 10 ochro
Cook until rice grain is done to your desire
Served with
1 tomato thinly sliced
1 cucumber thinly sliced
1/2 purple cabbage thinly sliced
3 green mangoes cut into small pieces and sprinkled with salt and pepper sauce
1 avocado cut into small pieces
