Thanks for your video. Have you ever thought about seasoning the butter and not using it like that. Don't forget the heath issues with so much butter. Something for you to think about. Or putting the mixed butter and seasoning under the skin so that they can season the flesh and not the skin. Don't forget to say how long to leave the turkey in the oven. Thanks.
@wendyneptune52684 жыл бұрын
i AGREE WITH YOU ON THE HEALTH ISSUES WITH SO MUCH BUTTER. REMEMBER THE TURKEY HAS IT'S OWN OILS. YES THE SEASONINGS SHOULD BE MIXED WITH SOME BUTTER AND/OR OLIVE OIL AND PLACED UNDER THE SKIN AS WAS DONE, ANY REMAINING SEASONING COULD BE RUBBED OVER THE SKIN OF THE TURKEY. i USE WHITE WINE IN THE PAN AND TURKEY PLACED ON A RACK IN THE PAN. BAKE 3-4 HRS.

The giblets (heart,liver and gizzard) are usually packed in the neck cavity.These need to be removed before seasoning and cooking the bird.I think you forgot to remove them.

This girl don’t wash her hands before and during her cooking process she just keep wiping her hands with the same tea towel and this is beef pie not shepherd pie as she said it is
@donamariebrumant53366 жыл бұрын
In Trinidad we call it shepherd pie and not beef pie, Beef pie is totally different, so the cook knows what she is calling it

I love the Christmas food you prepared, except the Shepherds pie. The latter is considered a very ordinary dish(a comfort food),usually served in a cafe and eaten during the week in England. It is not worthy to have as a Sunday meal, much less for a special day like Christmas. However, Trinidad is a different country and people think differently.
