That looks delicious, especially with the crispy prosciutto. When I fry my grilled cheese, I use olive oil. It comes out crispy and so delicious. Make sure it’s unfiltered evoo. Ooo fa. 😃. Happy New Year to you and your famiglia David. Let’s hope 2021 turns out better than 2020.
